Founded in 2019, IPAT is the Taiwan Branch which agrees to the purposes of the Not-for-Profit organisation – the International Play Association.

IPAT aims to promote the health and educational wellbeing for all ages of children and their families; and it supports the Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

IPAT is committed to enhancing interpersonal interactions, developing leisure time utilisation and play learning programmes, and fendeavouring on improving and providing environments, developing recreational facilities, playthings, and play spaces by providing an international forum platform to promote the rights and opportunities for all children, youths, and seniors.
